Running the race doesn't begin with the race itself, but with training, discipline and preparation. Have you put off your dreams because life gets in the way? Take a moment to listen to what the Holy Spirit is saying to you. Sometimes we do good things but not God things. How are you filling your days?

How often do people generally meet with their coach?
Most meet monthly for a one-hour session. Some meet weekly and others quarterly.
What is the cost of coaching?
$50/one-hour session or a 3-session package for $120.
Are sessions in Person or via Zoom?
Zoom meetings work best.
